At Modelce Marble & Design, every piece is handcrafted from natural marble or travertine and carefully prepared for worldwide delivery.

Production Time

All of our products are made to order.

Standard production time is usually 10–25 business days, depending on the product type, size, stone selection, and custom details.

Before shipping, we may share photos or videos of your finished product for approval. Once approved, your order will be carefully packed and prepared for dispatch.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping with trusted international carriers such as DHL Express and FedEx.

Each product is packed securely in a strong protective wooden crate to ensure safe transportation. Shipments are handled with care and insured whenever applicable.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 4–10 business days, depending on the destination country, customs process, and carrier operations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on most products unless otherwise stated on the product page or during custom order communication.

Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging every order safely.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

The outer package
The wooden crate
The damaged product
The shipping label

We will review the issue and assist you with the shipping claim or replacement process where applicable.
