Products

All of our products are handcrafted from natural marble, travertine, and other natural stones.

Because natural stone is unique, each product may have different veins, color tones, pores, textures, and surface characteristics. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Product photos are provided to show the general design, stone type, and craftsmanship. However, the final product may vary slightly due to the natural structure of the stone and handmade production process.

Custom Orders

Most of our products are made to order according to the customer’s selected size, stone type, design, and custom details.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements, specifications, delivery address, and requested details before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless there is confirmed damage during shipping or a production error.

Product Approval

Before shipping, we may share photos or videos of the finished product for customer approval whenever possible.

Once the customer approves the product and the item is shipped, the order is considered final.

Pricing

All prices are listed on the website or provided through custom order communication.

Prices may vary depending on product size, stone selection, design details, customization, and delivery country.

We reserve the right to update product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

Payment

Orders must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Production begins after payment is received and order details are confirmed.

Production Time

Our standard production time is usually 10–25 business days, depending on the product type, size, stone selection, and custom details.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, workload, design complexity, or special requests.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping with trusted international carriers such as DHL Express and FedEx.

Products are carefully packed in strong protective wooden crates for safe transportation.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 4–10 business days, depending on the destination country, customs process, and carrier operations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless specifically stated otherwise.

Modelce Marble & Design is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or return issues caused by customs procedures or unpaid import fees.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

Returns or refunds are only considered if the product arrives damaged or if there is a confirmed production error.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging, wooden crate, shipping label, and damaged product.

We will review the issue and assist with the shipping claim, replacement, repair support, or re-production process where applicable.

Incorrect Information

The customer is responsible for providing correct order details, measurements, contact information, and shipping address.

Modelce Marble & Design is not responsible for delays, additional costs, failed delivery, or return shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Intellectual Property

All images, product designs, logos, texts, and content on this website belong to Modelce Marble & Design unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, used, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Modelce Marble & Design is not responsible for indirect losses, installation costs, customs delays, carrier delays, incorrect installation, misuse of the product, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their space, wall structure, plumbing system, installation method, and local requirements.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
